Tom Morgan, Special Agent (retired)
Tom Morgan is a retired Federal Law Enforcement Officer and Criminal Investigator with over 35 years experience. He began his law enforcement career in 1978 after graduating from the University of Mississippi's Criminal Justice program. Since then he has worked continuously in Municipal, County, State, and Federal Law Enforcement positions. He retired as a Special Agent and Polygraph examiner with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security with over 26 years as a federal agent. Mr. Morgan graduated from the National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA) which is the Federal Government's Polygraph School operated by the U.S. Department of Defense. Mr. Morgan holds a Master of Arts degree from Webster University in Management and a Graduate Certificate in Psychophysiological Detection of Deception from NCCA.
Since obtaining his Federal Polygraph Certification, Mr. Morgan has performed polygraph examinations on a variety of issues, including pre-employment, criminal specific exams, sexual harassment investigations, EEOC , sexual assaults, and Counter-Intelligence Scope examinations administered to law enforcement officers assigned to the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force as well as a variety of private issue examinations. Mr. Morgan is privately licensed in Texas, Mississippi, and Virginia.
